Erotoso – a request made by someone on special footing, a preferred position, or rank. A “friend in high places”

Para-kleton – a Legal advisor who is familiar with the paticulars of your case

Para – close, Kaleo – an invited called guest. Someone close to you, who will plead your case before the judge

Jesus petitioned the Father so you could have the Comforter, the Holy Spirit

 

Dosei – will give Hina – so that we will have

E (eimi) – I AM, exist, timeless, eternal – same as in John 14:6 “I AM the way, the truth, the life”

Meth – in company with you during the period after your initial meeting, not just a one-time thing

Aiona – unto the end of the age, period, time

 

Literally:

I will make a request to the Father, as one who is on special footing, having a certain pull, or preferred position or ranking, to give to you a close, personal legal advisor, someone who knows you and is familiar with the particulars of your case, someone who will plead your case to the judge on our behalf, so that we may have Him, to live in us forever

 

Pneuma – wind, breath, spirit (Hebrew “ruach”) same as Jn 3:8; “The wind blows where it wants” Jn 20:22 “He blew on them and said “receive the Holy Spirit”” Acts 2:2 “A rushing mighty wind”

Dunatai – enabling power

Labein – to get, receive, take with you, lay hold of, going after it aggressively, really want it

Theorei – behold, look at, experience, partake of, an extended gaze for the purpose of extracting a message, more than what a superficial glance might reveal. English: “Theatre” to convey a message through a performance

Ginoskei – to know through personal experience, to have spent time with Him: same from Mary “dont know Joseph yet”

English: Agnostic

Par – close by you

Menei – stays, lives with, abide, remains, endures, waits, lasts “I will never leave you nor forsake you”

Estai – I AM, eternal, timeless

 

Literally:

The world cant receive, see or know God, because it cannot “theatre him”, it cannot take in the deeper meaning of God’s theatre because they are looking on the outside, and He lives on the inside. But thats how we know Him: because He lives in us. “They are looking in the wrong place”

Luke 17:21 – “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
